Recap: Re-Watch the Virtual Summer Series Whenever You Want!
We didn’t know what to expect when we first set out to present to you, and other active adults, the first-ever Noble’s Pond Virtual Summer Series. With this ambitious effort, we hoped to bring a unique way in which you could learn more about our active, 55+ community from the comfort of your home during a time when social distancing is so important.
We’re delighted to say that the Virtual Summer Series was a great success!
From June through the end of August, we held 4 virtual sessions, all of which had outstanding attendance. Each session was led by one or more Noble’s Pond team members who offered previews into the different phases of our community’s one-of-a-kind homebuying journey.

Session 1: Your Lifestyle, Your Way | WATCH
Get an inside look at the Noble’s Pond lifestyle from our community’s Lifestyle Director and homeowners:
- Amenities include: Clubhouse, Pool, Community Gardens, etc.
- Past community events include: Night at the Races, Annual Chili Cookoff and Food Truck Fridays
- Homeowners have taken group trips to Africa, Italy, the Smoky Mountains and countless other destinations
Session 2: By Design: Creating Your Home’s Story | WATCH
Find inspiration for how you’ll personalize your home from our Design Consultant and see unique examples of how current homeowners have customized their living spaces. Options for customization include, but are not limited to:
- Outdoor living spaces
- Additional dens/hobby rooms
- Highly personalized kitchens
Session 3: An Open House … From Your House! | WATCH
Take a virtual walkthrough of Noble’s Pond model homes and get a feel for the features and finishes you’ll have to choose from. Noble’s Pond offers Cottage and Manor Home plans that come with three elevation design choices:
- Farmhouse
- Craftsman
- Georgian
Model homes are available for the Camden, Bradford and Greenwold home plans.
Session 4: Built to Last: How We bring Your Home to Life | WATCH
Learn more about our 10-step build process and how we involve you during each step as we bring your new home to life. As you prepare to build your home, we offer special programs that make it even easier to purchase your home at Noble’s Pond, including:
